Jin Mar Chinese Restaurant

I have been going here for over 10 years and went in this evening to find it under new management. Frankly, the wonderful old chef that used to come out and shake my hand (little English) should have given the new chef lessons. The food lacked authenticity, was bland (maybe westernised) and nowhere near the same quality or quantity. I even had to ask for my favourite that was no longer on the menu. When I got home and looked, I thought WTF is that? Frankly I could do better myself at home. Very very sad. The best Chinese I've ever had is gone. Enjoy your retirement wonderful old chef. You deserve it and will be missed ????
